How do I schedule a coffee date?
Once you're matched with someone, we'll send you both a notification. You can then coordinate directly through the app to pick a time and location that works for both of you.
What if the other person doesn't show up?
If your match doesn't appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact support with the details and we'll process your "Ghosting Refund" immediately.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. For immediate deletion, contact support or visit our account deletion page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 and AES-256) to protect your data. We never share your personal information without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if the other person doesn't show up ("Ghosting Refund") or as required by law. All other charges are non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service.
